Memorial gardens
Memorial gardens offer peaceful resting places where your loved one's ashes rest among beautiful natural surroundings. These tranquil spaces blend thoughtful landscaping with meaningful memorialisation, creating serene environments for reflection and remembrance.
Our horticultural teams meticulously maintain each garden, ensuring these spaces remain vibrant and beautiful throughout the seasons. Memorial sites feature bronze plaques on plinths, allowing your loved one to be honoured among the florals and native plantings they're surrounded by.

Niche walls
At both Payneham and Dudley Park Cemeteries, our niche walls provide a dignified and lasting way to honour loved ones. Each wall is named in tribute to Australian icons, with stone carefully sourced from the Flinders Ranges — a reflection of our deep connection to South Australian heritage and landscape.
The walls are designed to hold ashes securely within individual niches, each marked with a timeless bronze plaque. This creates a personal and enduring tribute within beautifully maintained surrounds.
Niche wall placements are available for both pre-planning and at the time of need, offering families the opportunity to make thoughtful arrangements that reflect love, memory, and connection to place.

Memorial columns
Unique to Payneham Cemetery, our memorial columns offer a distinctive and elegant way to honour loved ones. These timeless structures are designed to accommodate single or double interments, providing families with flexibility and choice in how they wish to commemorate those they cherish.
Each inscription is beautifully crafted on a polished granite plaque with gold lettering, creating a refined and enduring tribute set within tranquil surroundings.
Memorial column placements are available for both pre-planning and at the time of need, offering a meaningful and lasting connection within Payneham’s peaceful grounds.

Interments into burial sites
Our burial sites at both Payneham and Dudley Park Cemeteries provide families with a lasting place of remembrance. Each lawn site and vault allows for the interment of up to sixteen sets of ashes, offering a meaningful way for families to remain connected across generations.
For those who already have a family plot within the cemetery, this can be a thoughtful option to bring loved ones together in one place. Where a headstone is already in place, there are also options to include additional plaques or install vase blocks to create a fitting tribute that complements the existing memorial.

Perpetual memorial options
Our perpetual areas at both Payneham and Dudley Park Cemeteries offer a lasting place of remembrance without the ongoing responsibilities associated with a traditional burial or cremation site. These special spaces provide an enduring tribute that is cared for in perpetuity, ensuring peace of mind for families who wish to honour their loved ones in a beautiful, low-maintenance setting.
Perpetual memorials are also a thoughtful option for those who have moved away from their family’s burial site but wish to establish a place of reflection nearby.
